How much do they cost?

Quality LED Bulbs manufactured for outdoor use can range from $18-$45 per bulb.

If I want to upgrade to LED lighting, do I have to change my current low voltage lighting wiring and transformers?

No. This is one of the advantages of our low voltage retrofit LED bulbs. The LED bulb has a built-in regulator that maintains full brightness even if your system is below the average operating level of 12 VAC.

Can I mix LED and halogen low voltage fixtures?

Yes. That's the beauty of LED, it lowers the amps that are drawn from the transformer, so it helps the over-all system conserve energy.

I always thought LED light's had that bluish color, is that not the case anymore?

Our LED lights cast a 'warm white' that is almost identical to the traditional halogen bulb.

Is there a difference in LED bulbs? I've seen lower costs on the internet.

A HUGH difference in LED chips and technology. Therefore a HUGE difference in price. Don't use cheap bulbs! All our LED bulbs have a 5 year warranty.

How much money can I save by switching to LED?

Switching from traditional halogen bulbs produces a minimum of 75% reduction in energy consumption, thus making this form of illumination very environmentally friendly.
